Meet Naythen

Hi, my name is Naythan. I learned about The Cavanagh House at a Helping Up Mission job fair. After talking with my advisor and learning more about the program, I knew right away it was something I wanted to be part of. My goals are to stay sober and find a career that I truly enjoy.

I’ve always liked restoring things and working with my hands, which is why this opportunity stood out to me. I previously worked in construction, and I’m excited to build new skills that can help me create a stable future for myself and my family.

Currently, I am supported by Helping Up Mission, but I’m working toward a career where I can fully support myself and my family. I started the program on April 27, 2026, and I’m very excited for this opportunity and hungry to learn.
